HealthOS Limited is a fast-growing B2B distribution and logistics company specializing in the delivery of pharmaceutical products to pharmacies across Dhaka. To ensure efficient and timely service, our delivery network is organized into five key operational zones: Mirpur, Jatrabari, Badda, Uttara, and Dhanmondi. 

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and field-oriented Delivery Coordinator to manage delivery operations, supervise delivery personnel, and ensure excellent service quality within assigned areas. 

📌 Job Responsibilities 

🚚 Delivery Operations Management 

• Monitor and coordinate daily delivery activities within assigned zones. 

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products to pharmacies. 

• Track delivery performance and resolve operational issues promptly. 

• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. 

• Monitor delivery timelines and maintain service quality standards. 

👥 Team Recruitment & Management 

• Recruit, onboard, and train delivery personnel for assigned areas. 

• Supervise delivery staff and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. 

• Monitor attendance, discipline, and overall performance of delivery personnel. 

• Conduct regular field visits to support and evaluate delivery team performance. 

📈 Sales Support & Business Growth 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies within assigned zones. 

• Support sales growth by ensuring excellent delivery service and customer satisfaction. 

• Identify opportunities to increase order volume and improve delivery efficiency. 

• Provide field insights and customer feedback to the sales and management teams. 

📊 Reporting & Coordination 

• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports. 

• Track delivery KPIs, team performance, and service quality metrics. 

• Report operational challenges and recommend process improvements. 

• Maintain accurate records of delivery personnel and area performance. 

⏰ Work Structure 

• 50% Field Work – Visiting pharmacies and managing delivery operations in assigned zones. 

• 50% Office Work – Reporting, planning, coordination, recruitment, and performance monitoring. 

🎓 Educational Requirements 

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. 

• Relevant experience in logistics, distribution, delivery operations, or field team management will be preferred. 

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Strong leadership and people management skills. 

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities. 

• Ability to manage field teams and solve operational challenges effectively. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools. 

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to work independently and under pressure. 

• Familiarity with Dhaka city routes and logistics operations is an advantage. 

📍 Work Location 

Adabor, Mohammadpur, Dhaka (Field visits across Mirpur, Jatrabari, Badda, Uttara, and Dhanmondi zones as required).
