Job Context:
We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Production Manager to lead and manage the production operations of our Accessories Factory. The position requires strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills to ensure efficient production flow, consistent product quality, and timely order fulfillment in compliance with company standards and policies.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and control end-to-end production activities to achieve organizational production targets
Develop and implement effective production schedules in line with delivery timelines
Ensure compliance with quality standards by working closely with the Quality Control department
Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials to enhance productivity
Monitor production performance and take corrective actions to resolve operational issues
Oversee machine maintenance activities to minimize breakdowns and production loss
Ensure adherence to factory policies, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
Analyze production data and prepare regular reports for senior management review
Control production costs, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency
Lead, mentor, and evaluate production supervisors and staff to maintain high performance standards
