Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Arrangement of job interviews and assess candidates` suitability for open positions.
  • Coordinate with HR Managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain the employee onboarding process.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation programs.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure new hires have necessary resources and training.
  • Co-ordinate training and development initiative to enhance employee skill and knowledge.
  • Prepare and administer new employee contracts in compliance with company policies and legal requirements and prepare a variety of HR letters.
  • Implementation of performance appraisal system and process.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in the HR operation (attendance, leave management, logistics, etc.)
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, birth gift of children, leave policies and so on.
  • Educate employees on available benefits and assist with enrollment.
  • Maintain employee records, files, and information with necessary updates, ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communicate policy changes to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
  • Evaluate existing internal policies and procedures for effectiveness and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Maintain the employee offboarding procedures ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain HR-related files and records according to requirements.
  • Office administration work.
  • Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.

Job Location: Dhaka (Gulshan-2) / Should have mentality for transfer other places as per company requirement in future.
