Experience:
Must have experience on HR and Compliance in Textile / Garments Factory.
Must have full command in Computer, Microsoft office and related software.
Assist in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Use advanced Excel skills to prepare HR reports, track employee data, analyze trends, and provide insights for HR decision-making.
Create and deliver engaging presentations for HR initiatives, training sessions, and leadership meetings.
Draft clear and professional internal communication, including HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.
In the performance appraisal process, including tracking and reporting on employee performance metrics.
Design, coordinate, and execute training programs aimed at improving employee skills, performance, and development. Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
Support the development and implementation of employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Assist Management for effective execution of Compliance functions of the factory.
Should develop strategic policy & procedures in respect of HR & Compliance.
Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises as per buyers` code of conduct.
Maintain excellent industrial relations between the workers, floor staffs & the top management of the company.
Liaison with merchandising, production, QA & all other Departments in order to coordinate with buyers` visit and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/Govt. and compliance audit.
