∎ Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

∎ Maintaining Islamic Sunnah and appropriate dress code

∎ Administer payroll, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and school policies.
∎ Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth school operations.
∎ Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
∎ Oversee procurement of office supplies and maintenance of school facilities.
∎ Organize school events, meetings, and training sessions.
∎ Serve as a point of contact between the school administration and external stakeholders.
∎ Handle correspondence, including emails and official documents.
∎ Address inquiries from parents, staff, and visitors.
∎ Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
∎ Ensure that school operations align with the institution's mission and values.
