∎ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in managing academic programs and coordinating with various stakeholders.
∎ Teamwork and collaboration
∎ Maintaining Islamic Sunnah and appropriate dress code

∎ Provide academic counseling and support to students, addressing their individual learning needs.
∎ Coordinate daily academic operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.
∎ Maintain effective communication between teachers, parents, and the school administration.
∎ Prepare reports analyzing student progress and academic outcomes.
∎ Arrange professional development programs for teachers to foster continuous improvement.
∎ Counsel and discipline students as needed, promoting a positive and respectful school culture.
∎ Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective instructional strategies.
∎ Incorporate Islamic principles and values into the curriculum and school activities.
∎ Promote an environment that supports the spiritual and moral development of students.
