∎ Curriculum Development: Design and oversee a comprehensive curriculum for Al Quran and Arabic Language that aligns with both the school's Islamic values and international academic standards.
∎ Instructional Oversight: Ensure effective teaching methodologies are employed, and that lesson plans meet educational objectives.
∎ Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and implement assessment tools to monitor student progress and program effectiveness.
∎ Staff Supervision: Lead and manage the department's teaching staff, providing guidance and support.
∎ Professional Development: Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance teachers' skills and knowledge.
∎ Performance Appraisal: Conduct regular evaluations of faculty performance, offering constructive feedback and development plans.
∎ Spiritual Guidance: Foster a deep understanding and appreciation of the Quran and Arabic language among students.
∎ Mentorship: Provide academic and spiritual mentorship to students, encouraging their personal and educational growth.
∎ Extracurricular Activities: Organize events such as Quran recitation competitions and Arabic language clubs to enhance student engagement.
