QUALIFICATIONS
A. EDUCATION
· Graduation from a reputed university
· Graduation from BBA (Marketing)/ Film/ Media Studies preferred.
B. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
· Age maximum 32 years
· Sound knowledge of Meta Business Suite and tools.
· Sound understanding of the digital ecosystem necessary for Social Media Management.
· Understanding of audience segments, reading audience trends and insights.
· Understanding of content (type, quality, TG Content consumption pattern).
· Have basic knowledge of Content Creation.
· Script and Copywriting
· Basic knowledge of different formats of content and their platforms.
· Expertise over multimedia software: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, In Design), DaVinci Resolve, Canva/Figma etc.
· Must have 1-2 years work experience from similar fields (Digital Agencies are preferred).
Assist the Deputy Manager in creating and executing the social media campaign calendar to achieve the communications objectives set for social media by the Deputy Director and address any changes to the website as and when required;
Plan and execute relevant social media campaigns and create high-quality and visually appealing content for ULAB’s social media platforms as and when needed to appeal to the stakeholders of ULAB by collaborating with relevant and managing internal resources and external vendor;
· Curate and maintain a database of photo and video for ULAB’s communication purposes and objectives that are to be gathered from relevant ULAB activities such as but not limited to university events, campus life, student achievements, academic programs, and other activities;
Prepare regular reports on social media efforts and outcomes to measure content effectiveness and optimize future strategies, and deliver monthly reports that highlight key metrics and demonstrate progress toward program objectives.
