Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct interactive group and individual sessions to improve language proficiency in Japanese, Mandarin, French and German.
Design and implement structured language courses tailored to different proficiency levels, including exam preparation.
Develop engaging lesson plans and teaching materials to enhance students’ learning experience.
Guide students with effective test strategies and techniques for language proficiency exams.
Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Identify individual learning needs and customize teaching approaches accordingly.
Support students in building confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Facilitate cultural orientation sessions to help students understand workplace norms, etiquette, and communication styles.
Design engaging learning activities, practice exercises, and mock tests to enhance student outcomes.
Provide individualized support to help students overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Work closely with program coordinators and fellow instructors to align curriculum with institutional goals.
Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment. Stay updated with the latest changes in language proficiency exams and teaching methodologies.
Adapt teaching methods to ensure effective and up-to-date instruction.
