Education:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Public or Private Polytechnic.
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Public or Private University.
Minimum 5 year for Diploma 3 year for B.Sc. of teaching/training experience in any Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) approved vocational or technical institution.
Deep understanding of the BTEB curriculum and grading systems.
Strong command over practical operations of mechanical tools, lathe machines, welding, and bench work.
Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, internet browsing).
We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and dedicated Trainer for our General Mechanics department. If you have a passion for vocational education and a strong background in mechanical engineering, we welcome you to join our team.
The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
Academic Deliverables: Conduct daily theoretical and practical classes for students of Class 9 & 10 (General Mechanics trade) and general technical subjects for Class 6 to 8 according to the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) curriculum.
Lab Management: Oversee the operations of the mechanical workshop/lab, ensure the proper maintenance and safety of all machinery, tools, and equipment.
Student Assessment: Prepare lesson plans, syllabus distributions, question papers, and evaluate student performance through regular assignments, exams, and practical job works.
BTEB Compliance: Assist the institutional administration in maintaining all required documentation, student portfolios, and registration processes aligned with BTEB guidelines.
Mentorship: Guide students in developing hands-on technical skills, fostering discipline, workplace safety ethics, and preparing them for the competitive vocational sector.
Institutional Support: Participate in institutional development programs, workshops, and any other co-curricular or administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.
