Responsibilities & Context:
· Lesson Planning: Design daily lesson plan and present lesson engaging students.
· Assessment & Evaluation: Create, administer, and grade assignments, quizzes, and examinations to monitor student progress and comprehension.
· Student Support: Identify struggling learners and provide additional, individualized help outside of regular class hours.
· Classroom Management: Enforce school rules and maintain a disciplined, focused, and respectful learning environment.
· Communication: Regularly update parents or guardians on their child's academic performance and behavior.
· Co-curricular activities : Have the ability to engage students in different extracurricular like mathematics Olympiad and so on.
