Experience:

The Resource Manager will secure, allocate, and optimize the human, physical, and digital assets required to deliver LRN qualifications across Bangladesh. This role acts as a bridge between the UK Central Team and local partner schools, training centres, and exam locations. You will oversee the logistics of exam materials, schedule training teams, deploy subject-matter experts, and manage curriculum resource inventories. Your goal is to maximize operational efficiency, maintain regulatory compliance, and support LRN’s expanding footprint in the region.

Key Responsibilities
1. Staffing & Talent Allocation
Deploy Assessment Teams: Schedule, assign, and track local examiners, invigilators, and moderators for International GCSE and AS/A-Level exam cycles.
Manage Trainer Capacity: Allocate certified teacher-trainers to deliver LRN professional development courses to affiliate school faculties.
Balance Workloads: Monitor the availability, scheduling, and hourly utilization of subject-matter experts and academic consultants.
Onboarding & Logistics: Coordinate with HR to scale up external personnel during high-demand peak exam seasons.
Exam & Curriculum Material Management
Secure Distribution: Oversee the logistics, secure storage, and timely distribution of physical test papers to authorized test centers.
Digital Infrastructure: Monitor student access to digital portals, electronic learning syllabi, and virtual training modules.
Inventory Forecasting: Anticipate regional needs for printed guides, support manuals, and teacher toolkits.
3. Operational Planning & Compliance
UK Standard Alignment: Ensure all regional allocations meet strict UK Ofqual guidelines and Customer Service Excellence criteria.
Budget Tracking: Manage financial line items associated with vendor shipping, exam venues, and external examiner payouts.
Risk Mitigation: Create backup plans for sudden examiner shortages, tech failures, or logistical delays across centers.
Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE): The operational arm managing government schools and colleges. Partnering here allows LRN to pilot teacher-training and English-proficiency programs at scale
