Responsibilities & Context:
As an SAT Instructor, you are part data analyst, part strategist, and part cheerleader. You will:
Deliver Engaging Lessons: Teach the core concepts of the Digital SAT (Evidence-Based Reading, Writing, and Math).
Deconstruct the Test: Break down complex question types, time-management techniques, and test-taking psychology so students feel completely in control.
Track & Analyze Progress: Use diagnostic test data to identify individual student blind spots and adjust your teaching approach accordingly.
Mentor & Motivate: Keep energy levels high, alleviate test anxiety, and provide constructive feedback that builds student confidence.
Communicate Impact: Keep parents and the Gradify admissions team updated on student milestones and areas of growth.
