• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla, you should be able to understand the individual needs of prospective clients

• Understanding the emotional challenges students face regarding application and results anxiety

Compass is an Official IELTS Exam Centre in Banani. We offer International University Placement Services with access to over 200+ Universities and Colleges in the UK, Canada, Australia and UK.

Candidates are expected to advise and guide potential students towards successfully completing their IELTS Course, registration and exam with Compass. This is a full time position where candidates are expected to have exception communication skills.

Successful candidate will be responsible to reach out, advise and successfully admit students to IELTS Courses at Penston. You are also expected to ensure smooth coordination between the IELTS Classes and the Exams. 

• Develop in-depth knowledge about the processes involved in successfully coordinating IELTS Registrations and Exams.

• Developing in-depth knowledge about the range of IELTS and English courses at Penston

• Advising & Counselling students on their IELTS Study option

• Establishes, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships and confidentiality.

• Ensure engagement with target audience along social media sites, websites and live sessions.

• Track enquires on social media sites and respond to them in proper manner.
