Responsibilities & Context:
Provide accurate, ethical, and personalized counselling to students regarding countries, courses, universities, and admission requirements.
Assist students throughout the entire process — from initial inquiry to admission, visa support, and pre-departure guidance.
Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable study options based on academic background and career goals.
Guide students in preparing applications, documentation, and visa files with accuracy and completeness.
Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
Follow up with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Stay updated on international education trends, visa regulations, scholarship opportunities, and institutional requirements.
Represent the company at education fairs, events, seminars, and promotional activities.
Meet counseling and admission targets through proactive engagement.
Work collaboratively with the documentation, processing, and operations teams.
