Experience:
Provide prompt, professional, and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
Perform outbound follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues.
Escalate issues to relevant departments as necessary and ensure timely resolution.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
Prepare regular reports (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) and maintain accurate customer records.
Able to maintain & follow compliance strictly at work process.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
