Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Having MBA in HRM from DU/CU/RU/JU would be added an advantage.
∎ Post-Graduation Diploma in HRM also added benefit for the candidate
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Admin, HR Operations, HR Policy, HRIS/ HR Database Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop coherent strategies by recognizing and researching HR issues; enriching information, analysis and solicitation to organizations strategic planning and implement with legal perspective and cost control.
∎ Manage overall HR recruiting, talent management, talent retention process and leadership development activities.
∎ Monitor and continue to improve service delivery standards for the HR function by developing appropriate HR metrics.
∎ Ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support talent sourcing. Manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualified candidates for position vacancies within the company.
∎ To continually assess and evaluate manpower planning.
∎ Conduct Human Resources Department development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development and structured career pathing.
∎ Formulate, facilitate, and implement strategies for training and learning programs, growth and capability enhancement programs in line with business and functional needs.
∎ Initiate and implement training and development programs for all sections of employees in the light of Training Needs Assessment including training budget.
∎ Develop appropriate career progression strategy for the organization.
∎ Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and code of conduct in line with company's requirement and Bangladesh labor law.
∎ Monitor & Maintain Leave and Attendance.
∎ Provide necessary support to deal with employee grievance, counselling and disciplinary actions.
∎ Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures, termination, dismissal Compensation, disciplinary action etc.
∎ Increase employee motivation through creative, Idea to have brighter productivity.
∎ Maintaining database of Potential Candidates in different discipline.
∎ Employee migration is kept to minimum on yearly basis, reduce late attendance unauthorized absence to a good company.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, Communication and motivation skills.
∎ Any other work as per requirement for the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 12 years' experience of working in Human Resources Management profession both in multinational and local environment and minimum 3 years' experience in similar filed or Head of HR;Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal and communication skill
∎ In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practice;
∎ Trend to decision making and problem-solving ability;
∎ Excellent management leadership skills as well as facilitation and capacity building for inter-linkages;
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills;
∎ Knowledge in all facets of HR functions.
∎ Well conversant with labor laws, Rules & amendments.
