Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting and Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance

Mobile Accessories, Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the whole financial and accounting requirements for all elements of our company's operations.
∎ Establish and maintain a strong internal control system in the organization.
∎ Submit timely accurate assessments of Budgets, Financial Reports, and Economic Trends to help the Management team in carrying out their obligations.
∎ Examine monthly operating reports for completeness, accuracy, and variations between actual and budgeted performance.
∎ Designing Business Plans/strategies for maximizing revenue, profitability & liquidity.
∎ Meeting official accounting, costing, and statutory auditing standards, including internal audit, through the implementation of functional systems, monitoring, and cost reduction.
∎ Costing analysis of every activity in corporate operations, identifying vital and critical processes to run at the lowest possible cost.
∎ Coordinate external auditors and resolve their findings recommendations.
∎ Perform TAX & VAT planning (Within current legislation to enable them to minimize the Tax liabilities)
∎ Filing Income Tax Return and withholding Tax Return and submit it to authority and Train team members on changes of Tax and VAT laws.
∎ Ready to submit monthly financial statements, Financial Budgets and other informational reports/analysis within the deadline set by the management/ board.
∎ Maintain financial liaison with all financial institutions and government sectors, such as the Board of Investment, Bangladesh Bank, NBR, RJSC consultants, and other external stakeholders.
∎ Maintain existing bank interest / profit service charges etc as per sanction letter.
∎ Set a strong fund expenses & Disbursement and Monitor the Daily, weekly & monthly expenses to expenditure.
∎ Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operational needs.
∎ Prepare P&L monthly basis and submit in timely manner.
∎ Develop and update the internal operational policy and procedures.
∎ Implement the internal control procedures.
∎ Monitor the accounting documentations, reporting, data, flowcharts etc.
