Commercial, Documentation., Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Logistics
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Power
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take care group Commercial Operation (Export, Import, Banking & Regulatory Affairs)
∎ Team leading for accomplishing LC/Shipment/Sourcing/Supplier Correspondence
∎ Issue EXP/UD/Bond & well communication with regulatory bodies
∎ Identify product HS Code, Costing, Freight Cost optimization, Shipping & Port Handling
∎ FX & Payment Management with Bank/Supplier
∎ Maintain relationship with Bank for Import & Export LC payment settlement
∎ End to End import & Export Process follow up
∎ Proper management of import process for Power sector Equipment's & Construction sites
∎ Liaison with NBR, Bond, Customs, CCI&E & relevant authority
∎ Find out cost effective way of operation & annual budgeting
∎ Lead the team & accomplish all assigned task of management in time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have minimum 5 years' experience in leading position at Commercial
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla
∎ Able to work under pressure with Management and handle multitasking activities
∎ Adequate knowledge about H.S. Code, L/C Clauses, Customs and bonded warehouse matter
∎ Good relation with Custom, Bond, EPB, NBR, BGMEA, BKMEA
∎ Experience at Power Sector/Engineering, Manufacturing, Import of Food & Electronics
∎ Customs and International Trade Laws are essential to be proficient
∎ The incumbent will have to work independently along with reporting & Presentation
∎ Should have good analytical ability and high-level professional integrity
∎ Sound Knowledge on international trade laws & economy
∎ Must be a person Self Motivated & Honest
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
