Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure recruitment, retain and maintain a pool of talents in the organization as per business objectives
∎ Ensure development and implement an annual agenda for HR & Admin strategy align with the business plan as well as ensuring HR & Admin plans.
∎ Create and periodically review the HR policy and processes of the organizations and recommend suitable modifications.
∎ Advice, guide and support the Executive Team in adopting best HR Practice across the Organization.
∎ Monitor, review and implement policies and practices related to employee welfare.
∎ Develop a strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization, if required.
∎ Implement security policies, regulations, rules & norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers, employees and visitors.
∎ Lead the HR, admin and compliance team by ensuring the team is fully aware of their role and expectation & ensure discipline and proper administrative control in the corporate office & factory.
∎ Implement various employee engagement initiatives to keep the workforce motivated, succession plan and with high morale.
∎ Ensure the Training and Development Programme are appropriate to retain staff and to enhance their knowledge and skills and health and safety programs.
∎ Handle Buyer Compliance issues properly, Maintain Legal & ethical code of conducts as per standards
∎ Effective liaison with local Govt & law enforcement authorities and others as and when required.
∎ Any other relevant responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 14 Years experience in any Garments Manufacturing Company with at least 06 years in the similar position.
∎ Retired Army person will get preference.
∎ Excellent drafting & negotiation skill will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Good command over the computer, especially in MS Office / Internet & Email systems
∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking, and dedicated to the fitness to work long hours.
∎ Should be dynamic, able to manage the team, and have Excellent Leadership Quality and Interpersonal Communication Skills.
∎ Able to handle buyer code of conduct & ethical compliance issues properly
