• Bachelor/Honors
• Diploma

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any discipline

• Training in Store Management / Inventory Control will be an advantage

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House

• 2–4 years of experience as Store In-Charge / Store Officer

• Experience in garments or factory store management will be preferred

• Computer Skills (Must)

• MS Excel – Must (stock report, inventory balance, reconciliation)

• MS Word – Must (store documents, reports)

• Basic knowledge of email and computer operations

• ERP / inventory software knowledge will be an added advantage

Work at office (Factory Store)

• Manage overall store operations and inventory control

• Receive, issue and record raw materials, accessories and finished goods

• Maintain bin cards, stock registers and inventory records

• Ensure proper storage, labeling and safety of materials

• Coordinate with production, purchase and accounts departments

• Conduct regular physical stock verification

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports

• Identify shortages, excess stock and discrepancies

• Ensure proper documentation for material issue and receipt

• Maintain discipline and compliance with store procedures

• Salary Review: Yearly
