• B.Sc. / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

• Training in AutoCAD, Surveying, Construction Management, or Project Management preferred.

• Strong knowledge of civil construction and maintenance works.

• Understanding of land/site survey and leveling activities.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawing interpretation.

• Ability to use survey instruments and tools.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Communication and coordination capability.

• Reporting and documentation skills (MIS/Excel).

• Ability to work under pressure and manage field activities.

• Conduct land, site, and infrastructure surveys for factory and project-related works.

• Assist in civil construction, renovation, and maintenance activities.

• Monitor ongoing civil works and ensure execution as per drawing and specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for project execution.

• Prepare site measurements, quantity estimations, and work progress reports.

• Support layout preparation, leveling, and survey data collection activities.

• Ensure proper use of survey instruments and maintain survey records accurately.

• Monitor construction material quality and site workmanship.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, engineering codes, and company policies.

• Support preparation of BOQ, cost estimation, and project documentation.

• Assist in utility and infrastructure development projects within factory premises.

• Maintain engineering reports, drawings, and project MIS updates.

• Identify maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and maintenance activities.

• Support audit and compliance requirements related to infrastructure and safety.
