Responsibilities & Context:
Work at office (Factory Office)
Communicate with buyers regarding orders, samples and requirements
Follow up sample development, approvals and corrections
Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing and T&A
Coordinate with sampling, production, quality and commercial teams
Follow up fabric, trims and accessories status
Monitor production progress and shipment schedules
Prepare merchandising reports for management
Ensure buyer requirements and quality standards are maintained
Support order execution from confirmation to shipment
