Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Formulate and implement strategic plans for the operations of all units, including Biponi Bitan(Grocery shop), canteens, fisheries, and other ventures.
∎ Oversee daily operations of all units to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
∎ Identify and pursue growth opportunities to enhance revenue and expand market presence.
∎ Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets for all units to meet financial targets.
∎ Lead and develop teams within each unit, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and quality assurance.
∎ Ensure all units comply with regulatory and organizational policies and standards.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of all units, identifying areas for improvement.
∎ Implement risk management strategies to minimize disruptions in operations.
∎ Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and visibility.
∎ Provide regular performance and progress reports to senior management.
