Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/B.Sc. in Textile Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently manage 70 circular knitting machines (Single Jersey, Interlock, Rib, Engineering Stripe, CBC Fleech, Micro Polar Fleech).
∎ Capable to handle 20 Tons knitting capacity per day and manage the entire knitting factory with technical side & develop the Fabric.
∎ Estimate machine requirements, working hour, working day and manpower as per fabric category & quantity, Planning & Implement of the Staff/workers & Follow up.
∎ Work with other departments for committed orders and monitor production Critical Path to ensure timely delivery
∎ Ensure fabric quality as per customers' quality standards.
∎ Solve problems through discussion with higher authority.
∎ Be responsible for fabrics related quality matters and follow up fabric quality & Technical Side also.
∎ All Machinery Maintenance & Follow -up.
∎ Carryout any other assignment given by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 6-10 years as a Manager- Knitting with reputed knitting factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Production Management (Knitting & Weaving)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments/Textile
∎ Strong leadership capability, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
