• Skills & Expertise : Knit Garments

• Communication with buyers, factory people, other related departments/sections of the company.

• Develop and execute marketing and merchandising strategies to expand business in knit garments.

• Source and onboard new buyers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

• Handle buyer communication independently from inquiry to order confirmation.

• Analyze tech packs, costing sheets, and buyer requirements to ensure accurate product development.

• Lead order negotiation including pricing, MOQ, lead time, and commercial terms.

• Supervision and costing and pricing of the product and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.

• Prepare and review costing (CM, FOB) ensuring profitability and competitiveness.

• Coordinate with sample, production, sourcing, and quality teams for smooth order execution.

• Monitor order status from development to shipment and ensure on-time delivery (OTD).

• Ensure correct product development as per buyer specifications and quality standards.

• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories in collaboration with sourcing team.

• Identify potential risks and take proactive measures to avoid delays or quality issues.

• Follow up on lab dips, approvals, PP meetings, and production milestones.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, product standards, and company policies.

• Analyze market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities.

• Prepare and present reports on order status, business growth, and performance.

• Lead and develop merchandising team to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Maintain strong coordination with internal departments (Production, Planning, QA, and Commercial).

• Handle claims, disputes, and customer feedback professionally.
