• Only Male

Ø  Communication with buyers, factory people, other related departments/sections of the company.

Ø  Develop and execute marketing and merchandising strategies to expand business in knit garments.

Ø  Source and onboard new buyers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Ø  Handle buyer communication independently from inquiry to order confirmation.

Ø  Analyze tech packs, costing sheets, and buyer requirements to ensure accurate product development.

Ø  Lead order negotiation including pricing, MOQ, lead time, and commercial terms.

Ø  Supervision and costing and pricing of the product and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.

Ø  Prepare and review costing (CM, FOB) ensuring profitability and competitiveness.

Ø  Coordinate with sample, production, sourcing, and quality teams for smooth order execution.

Ø  Monitor order status from development to shipment and ensure on-time delivery (OTD).

Ø  Ensure correct product development as per buyer specifications and quality standards.

Ø  Source fabrics, trims, and accessories in collaboration with sourcing team.

Ø  Identify potential risks and take proactive measures to avoid delays or quality issues.

Ø  Follow up on lab dips, approvals, PP meetings, and production milestones.

Ø  Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, product standards, and company policies.

Ø  Analyze market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities.

Ø  Prepare and present reports on order status, business growth, and performance.

Ø  Lead and develop merchandising team to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Ø  Maintain strong coordination with internal departments (Production, Planning, QA, and Commercial).

Ø  Handle claims, disputes, and customer feedback professionally.
