Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective washing processes and techniques for different types of fabrics and garments, ensuring optimal quality, colorfastness, and durability and should have strong knowledge on Sustainability practices in process optimization.Lead and manage a team of washing technicians and workers, including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and providing guidance to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.Inspect garments throughout the washing process to ensure that they meet established quality standards, including proper fit, color consistency, and overall appearance.Monitor and manage inventory of chemicals, dyes, and other materials required for washing processes, ensuring an adequate supply for uninterrupted production.Cost Control: Work closely with management to optimize washing processes for cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.Monitor and manage expenses related to chemicals, water, labor etc.
