Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser to join our merchandising team. The candidate will be responsible for handling sweater orders from development to shipment, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and buyer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle sweater merchandising from sampling to final shipment
Communicate with buyers regarding order status, approvals, and changes
Coordinate with production, sourcing, and quality teams
Follow up on yarn, accessories, and trims sourcing
Prepare T&A (Time & Action) plans and ensure on-time execution
Monitor production progress and ensure quality compliance
Prepare costing, consumption, and order sheets
Resolve production or quality issues effectively
