Responsibilities & Context:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for management and non-management positions.
Coordinate job requisitions, prepare job advertisements, and manage postings on different platforms.
Conduct CV screening, shortlisting, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Support in developing talent pipelines for critical positions through headhunting, networking, and relationship building.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards to track progress and effectiveness.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.
Assist in employer branding activities to attract top talents.
Support HR projects related to manpower planning, onboarding, and retention.
