Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Functioning as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all administrative & HR support required for factory.  
  • Ensure initial sourcing of Non-Management employees to meet the staffing needs of Factory. 
  • Conduct employee Counselling and the disciplinary issue in the factory to maintain congenial environment.    
  • Build ‘good’ relations with the Shop floor employees, to address employee relation issues as arise and consult as applicable.    
  • Maintain a good rapport and Liaise with Govt and Factory concern authorities on issues relating to factory operations.    
  • Ensure welfare and LEGAL COMPLIANCE for factory as per local labour law.     
  • Organize the Annual engagement activity for the factory employees.    
  • Ensure the proper administration support ie. Security, Transport, Event mgt and so on.    
  • Monitor the functional activities of occupational safety, health, compensation, working environment, etc.
  • Ensure proper attendance and Leave management of factory employees.
  • Track and manage the working hour compliance for factory employees to adhere with law.
  • Prepare monthly HR report & submit to Head of HR & GA.
  • Conduct the training need Assessment of workers and arrange necessary training as per skill gap.
  • Develop the Skill Matrix for Non-Management/Worker for enhance the productivity.
  • Reporting of Variable pay like Over Time, Allowance, Leave without Pay, Unauthorized absence & Deduction of wages.
  • Ensure the timely payment of factory utility services to ensure smooth operation.
  • Execute any other jobs assigned by Line Manager.
