Responsibilities & Context:

Workforce Abundance is a renowned global recruitment company working with Australian and New Zealand Employers. Our growing team requires motivated and talented recruitment professionals to join our Dhaka (Bangladesh) office to work in the international recruitment operations team.

As a member of the International Recruitment Team, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including but not limited to:      

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.     

  • Maintaining a range of communications with team members, recruitment partners, and candidates.

  • Assessing the Resume/CV of candidates and screening them for taking into the next step within set time frames      

  • Conducting Online Interviews and preparing Interview Feedback reports for the candidates and management within set time frames      

  • Uploading necessary candidate documents in Drives and Web Systems      

  • Updating candidate information in different documents e.g. spreadsheets and web systems.      

  • Creating Position Descriptions and uploading Job Advertisements on different Job Boards.      

  • Scheduling/Re-scheduling Interviews considering the candidate’s time zone and updating necessary changes in the system.      

  • Act as an Account Manager for the business to assist with sourcing quality candidates for Australian employers within set time frames.
