∎ Reporting to Director Recruitment / Head of Operations / CFO of Workforce Abundance
∎ Primary Work Location: Dhanmondi 27, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Recruitment Manager for overseas candidates, you will play a vital role in identifying and securing top-tier talent for our clients. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
∎ Qualifications and Communication:
∎ Hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
∎ Demonstrate 4-6 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, with a successful track record in international placements.
∎ Utilize excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) for effective interaction with Recruitment Organizations, candidates, department managers, and Head of Operations of Workforce Abundance as well as globally.
∎ Technical Skills:
∎ Possess experience with Zoho CRM and, preferably, Monday.com or any other recruitment software programs.
∎ Showcase expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, including visiting recruiters from time to time.
∎ Exhibit proficiency in evaluating recruiting software packages and recommending suitable options for the company.
∎ Analytical and Leadership Skills:
∎ Demonstrate strong analytical skills for resume evaluation and candidate assessment.
∎ Showcase leadership abilities, including task delegation and new employee training.
∎ Utilize negotiation skills in discussions related to employment terms and conditions.
∎ Knowledge Base:
∎ Have in-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, and employment equity.
∎ Familiarity with migration processes and requirements is desirable.
∎ Your Responsibilities:
∎ Communication and Collaboration:
∎ Engage with Head of Operations of Workforce Abundance to establish qualification requirements and employment terms.
∎ Facilitate communication between candidates/recruiter and Head of Operations.
∎ Ability to create sellable CVs and Candidates for the clients
∎ Candidate Evaluation:
∎ Review and screen candidate applications based on client/employer requirements.
∎ Conduct interviews, creating a shortlist of qualified candidates.
∎ Documentation and Reporting:
∎ Prepare candidate files in CRM.
∎ Produce reports on hiring analyses using proficient writing skills.
∎ HR Policy and Recruitment Strategy:
∎ Assist in revising HR policies and ensuring fair employment practices.
∎ Analyse recruitment software, and agency performance, and recommend improvements.
∎ Technology and Metrics:
∎ Utilize web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends and post job vacancies.
∎ Measure interview and placement results using hiring metrics software.
∎ General Support:
∎ Assist in general Recruitment Manager tasks as required.
∎ Contribute to the preparation of recruitment events when needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ You will have to work with overlapping hours with Australia
∎ Annual leave and Sick leave according to the Australian Standard
∎ Work hours 38 hours per week Monday to Friday
∎ Required work according to the Australian Northern Territory Public Holiday Calendar

Salary:
∎ Tk. 55000 - 90000 (Monthly)
∎ Based on the skill and experience salary will be negotiated.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Weekly 2 holidays
