Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA in HR will be preferred.
1–2 years of relevant experience for the Executive position and 2–4 years of relevant experience for the Senior Executive position, preferably in a relevant industry or large conglomerate.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and good working knowledge of AI-based tools and interfaces.
Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
As the Executive / Sr. Executive – Talent Management, you will support organizational structure planning, manpower planning, performance management, competency management, training and development, succession planning, employee engagement, HR analytics, and HR technology initiatives to support organizational development and talent management objectives.
Organizational Structure & Manpower Planning
· Coordinate with corporate office and factory stakeholders to identify manpower requirements and organizational structure changes.
· Update and maintain organizational structure, organogram, and manpower database.
Role Profile & Job Description Management
· Prepare, update, and maintain employee role profiles and job descriptions.
· Coordinate with department heads and Talent Acquisition team for role profile finalization and updates.
Competency Management
· Support competency framework development and conduct competency assessments.
· Prepare competency assessment reports and competency gap analysis.
Performance Management
· Assist in KPI setting and maintain KPI database.
· Monitor KPI progress and support performance review and appraisal process. Prepare KPI review reports and performance analysis.
Talent Development
· Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate training programs.
· Maintain training and employee development database.
Employee Engagement & Organizational Development
· Support succession planning, talent development, leadership development and OD initiatives.
· Support employee engagement and culture development initiatives.
HR Analytics & HR Tech Development
· Prepare HR analytics and management reports.
· Support HRIS, HR automation, and HR technology initiatives.
