Key Responsibilities:
Formulate drafts of various policies and SOPs by gathering AS IS data, and prepare comparative statements to align proposed requirements with existing practices
Ensure that approved policies and SOPs are properly circulated, explained, and understood by all employees
Standardize and implement various approval formats to maintain consistency across all clusters
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and generate insightful reports that support data-driven decision-making
Follow up and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved
Execute HR project-based tasks and ensure their timely handover to designated personnel for seamless transition and implementation in the operational phase
Any other job assigned by the supervisor
