Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in overall recruitment & selection process including job posting, CVs screening, interview, induction program, job placement etc.
∎ The candidate should have knowledge on HR & Compliance activities in a similar position.
∎ Should have perform General HR organization.
∎ Should be engaged with maintain office cleaning, office repair, all maintenance issue & related works.
∎ Prepare various documents such as Offer & Appointment letter, Contract Letter, Promotion, Transfer, Separation, Final Payment etc.
∎ Cross check daily employee attendance and prepare monthly employee attendance report to HR & Admin dept.
∎ Follow up all Employees activities & report to HR & Admin dept.
∎ Maintain safety & security, health & hygiene, environment issue with Professionalism.
∎ Keeping Employee leave records and others activities records.
∎ Assist in preparing different presentations, note, draft, office order, memo etc.
∎ Prepare and submit reports to the relevant authority
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the reporting authority or top management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in English
∎ Should be presentable and well-conversed.
∎ Should have a positive attitude, be smart, hardworking, result-oriented, quick learner and ability to work in a team.
