Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including troubleshooting

Good knowledge of Windows, Linux, MAX OS, and basic networking

Ability in working with Active Directory, email configuration

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Executive / System Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical support and ensure smooth operation of IT systems, ERP implementation, networks, and security infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining CCTV and networking devices, and supporting end users with reliable IT services.

Key Responsibilities

·  Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, Scanners, UPS and other peripherals.

·    Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and hardware.

·         Setup NVR Maintain and ensure recording of IP camera & CCTV.

·  Provide Active Directory and endpoint security support for end users.

·   Manage Data backup for user Laptop and Desktop.

·   Team member of ERP implementation.

·   Repair or replace faulty components such as RAM, hard drives, power supplies, motherboards, and cooling systems.

• Responsible for smooth running of the computer system including servers, workstations, laptops, printers, UPS, multimedia.
