∎ Any additional course like PGD in HRM will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Employee Orientation, General HR, Legal Compliance Code of Conduct, Organization Development Process Improvement, Recruitment & Selection
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining Recruitment & Selection Process.
∎ Drafting various policy & procedure.
∎ Prepare SOP.
∎ Employee file management .
∎ Coordination with different departments.
∎ Drafting various types of official letter/documents.
∎ Responsible for updating HRIS (Human Resources Information System) on time.
∎ Disciplinary Action.
∎ Attendance, Leave & Holiday Management.
∎ Maintain day to day HR issue.
∎ Generating different types of periodic report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hard working.
∎ Having Patience.
∎ Sound computer skill (Microsoft Office).
∎ Good communication skill over English.
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ Smart and presentable
∎ Must be self-motivated, proactive and team player.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
