Responsibilities & Context:

Job Role:

The person will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing SMB clients. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored IT solutions aligned with customer needs.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in SMB and enterprise segments

  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote IT solutions

  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions (hardware, software, cloud, networking, cybersecurity)

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP/RFQ responses in coordination with technical teams

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers

  • Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business

  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts

  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, presales, support, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and implementation

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management

  • Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, inquiries, and pending deals

  • Provide post-sales support and act as a point of contact for client issues or escalations
