Job Role:

Star Tech & Engineering Ltd. is seeking a skilled and proactive professional for the position of Deputy Manager – Pre-Sales (Networks & Security). The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team through technical consultation, solution design, proposal preparation, and customer engagement to deliver effective enterprise networking and security solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the Sales team to identify and develop business opportunities

2. Provide technical pre-sales support including presentations, demonstrations, solution discussions, and proposal preparation

3. Analyze customer requirements and prepare appropriate solution designs and scope of work

4. Design enterprise networking and security solutions based on customer needs

5. Prepare technical documentation, tender responses, compliance statements, and solution proposals

6. Develop and manage tender-related documents including RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses

7. Coordinate with OEM/vendor partners for technical and commercial support

8. Maintain strong understanding of existing and emerging technologies and industry trends

9. Support sales strategy with competitive product and technology knowledge

10. Prepare BOM/BOQ using OEM/vendor portals and tools

11. Conduct customer meetings, technical discussions, and solution presentations

12. Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure smooth project handover
