Responsibilities & Context:

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sales & Service Coordinator is responsible for managing the IT sales, service and RMA departments, ensuring efficient sales, service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and smooth operations. This role involves overseeing sales, service and RMA teams, optimizing workflows, and implementing strategies to enhance overall sales & service performance.

  • Drive achievement of sales targets through proactive coordination, consistent follow-ups, and a customer-first approach.

  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date product knowledge across all brands and categories carried in-store.

  • Coordinate with the procurement and inventory team to ensure stock availability and manage customer pre-orders efficiently.

  • Collaborate with management, vendors, and marketing teams to develop and execute attractive promotional offers and campaigns.

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic reports on sales impact and effectiveness.

  • Track and manage all incoming service and repair jobs — including warranty and out-of-warranty cases — through the service management system.

  • Coordinate with in-house technicians and authorized brand service centers for accurate diagnosis, timely repair, and efficient part procurement.

  • Oversee the complete service job lifecycle: intake → diagnosis → repair → quality check → customer delivery.

  • Monitor Turnaround Time (TAT) for all service cases and proactively escalate delays to the Service Manager.

  • Coordinate warranty claim submissions to brand principals and follow up to ensure timely and accurate resolution.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for after-sales service inquiries, complaints, and escalations.

  • Handle customer complaints, escalations, and feedback with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Ensure a seamless buying and after-sales experience at every touchpoint.

  • Collect and document post-service customer feedback; actively contribute to customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with repeat customers to foster loyalty and generate referrals.

  • Support loyalty programs, repeat customer engagement initiatives, and structured feedback collection efforts.

  • Identify and approach potential merchant partners — including local businesses, service providers, and lifestyle brands — suitable for collaboration within the customer loyalty ecosystem.

  • Ensure the service counter and sales floor are consistently clean, organized, and professionally presented.

  • Maintain accurate daily and weekly sales logs and service job trackers.

  • Assist with daily opening and closing checklists and ensure adherence to showroom compliance standards.

  • Participate in product training sessions conducted by brand representatives and in-house management.

  • Any other task assigned by management.
