Job Role:

Star Tech & Engineering Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated professional for the position of Post Sales Lead – Networks & Security. The candidate will be responsible for leading post-sales technical operations, managing enterprise network and security solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing high-quality technical support and service delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the post-sales support team for network and security solutions

2. Manage implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise networking systems

3. Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and security appliances

4. Work with technologies from Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and related platforms

5. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction

6. Provide emergency and on-site support based on service priority

7. Monitor network performance, availability, and security compliance

8. Coordinate with sales, technical, and vendor teams for successful project delivery

9. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and support-related documents

10. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend preventive solutions

11. Mentor and guide junior engineers and support team members

12. Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to customers and management
