Education:
  • Bachelor`s degree in HRM from a recognized public, private, or overseas university is required.

  • A Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM will be considered an added advantage.

Skills Required: payroll management,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 27 to 35 years

  • Solid knowledge of payroll software, ERP systems, and Excel.

  • Strong understanding of labor laws and tax regulations.

  • High attention to detail and integrity.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure input of personal files for newly recruited employees and update all relevant information in the payroll system.

  • Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, ID cards, and other joining documents.Prepare daily attendance summary reports.

  • Prepare daily reports on absenteeism, punch missing, and leave.Monitor daily staff and worker attendance, leave, and other related issues; update payroll software accordingly by verifying with relevant records and documents.

  • Prepare various types of payment sheets such as salary, overtime/allowance sheets, festival bonus, earned leave encashment, annual increment, lunch bill, etc.

  • Issue "lefty" letters (employee separation letters), and file them in personal files.

  • Prepare the monthly employee separation list and ensure final settlement as per company policy.

  • Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

  • Respond to employee queries related to salary, tax, and benefits.

  • Assist in internal and external payroll audits.

  • Collaborate with HRIS/ERP systems to ensure payroll data accuracy.

  • Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and IT departments for payroll integration.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
