Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate Employee competency gap assessment program of all the departments.
∎ Develop and update functional competencies for the departments who do not have those yet.
∎ Sourcing L&D Partners and designing programs as per the OD need.
∎ Prepare yearly learning calendar based on the competency gap assessment and general learning needs.
∎ Prepare learning budget for the whole year based on the approved training calendar.
∎ Coordinating learning & development programs and making sure the availability of the related logistics.
∎ Facilitate pre and post evaluation of the employee for any L&D initiatives
∎ Measure effectiveness of the L&D programs after each session and submit the summarized data for management review.
∎ Ensure timely settlement of all L&D programs payment or bills.
∎ Providing all the necessary support to organize Job Fair and other events for employment branding.
∎ Coordinate orientation program for all the new joiners
∎ Assist Reward & HR Services Team in Employee Joining and provide logistics support as needed once the employee has accepted the offer:
∎ Foster sound organizational culture by regularly organizing floor meeting.
∎ Assist in developing and launching Individual Development Plan (IDP) to create future leaders for the organization.
∎ Assist in any other HR activities as and when required.
