Responsibilities & Context:
Authorizing POs according to the demands of outlets.
Product pricing for commodities based on market surveys.
Placing new product offers (with analysis) to the Purchasing Committee.
Activating the approval items with the supplier (s) and preparing new purchase orders for those.
Product movement checking & reporting to Manager, Supply Chain.
Preparing new reports for the consignment basis suppliers & distributing those.
Supplier wise stock checking.
Taking reports on non-delivery of items & further communication.
Analyzing current GP% status both supplier-wise & item-wise.
Analyzing price-change quotations and reporting to Manager, Supply Chain.
Taking precautionary measures in ensuring safety and security of CPU system information
To make available a diversified range of products in order to cater to changing consumer needs as per Agora QMS guideline.
Working closely with other departments to execute smooth operation.
Managing product complains coming from outlet by working together with the Marketing FPR and by effective negotiation with Suppliers.
