Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:

The job holder is primarily responsible for overall maintenance of equipment of the assigned location (Outlet).

• He is required to evaluate & improve the departmental efficiency in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures & systems on a continual basis and also he has to assist the line managers with preventative & constructive thinking to optimize outlet machinery.

• Schedule and perform all types of preventive maintenance and servicing and as per schedule.

• Check all equipment on a regular basis as per given standards.

• Scheduling all types of maintenance servicing and roster support staff for the pre-operation, during operation and day-end operational activities.

• Maintaining good safety and preventative standards at all times in the back & front-end floors.

• Maintaining specified highest standard of in-store hygiene, cleanliness and health and safety procedure at all time.

• Manage health and safety, security, and emergency systems.

• Ensure Regular Operation of all Equipment in the assigned location.

• Attend all the breakdowns of equipment and report to the authority.

• Fill up all the standard Datasheet of equipment.

• Follow the QMS procedures as instructed by the line manager.
