Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain and manage the Industrial Relations at Factories
∎ To assist and conduct Worker's training and development across the group/SBU
∎ To assist in recruiting workers and managing their performance management system across the group/ SBU
∎ To ensure compliance with Labor law, Company policy across the group/ SBU
∎ To work as the contact point and primary source for the reward team regarding the payroll and financial benefits for employees across the group/ SBU

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Any Certification in Labor Law and HR will be an added advantage
