• Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree/MBA (Marketing)

• Additional Requirements: Further education in supply chain management.

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Scheduling recruitment procedure as per the requirements of the company after taking permission from the authority, either from the job portal / the recruitment agency/referrals.

• CV for recruitment of staff, analyzing their talent, interest, and ability, according to the requirements of the office, and preparing a checklist of documents to be received from the joinee`s end on the day of joining, and further verifying documents and accordingly preparing the appointment letter for the new employees with the revised terms and conditions of the company.

• Selection of Staff after analyzing their basic interest and quality, and allocating them to the departments and providing them with basic training and describing their job role, and introducing them to other staff and departments to coordinate further.

• Posting the staff to the department after basic training, Departmental Transfer if any staff is unable to keep up with the particular work of a department, or is doing better in another domain. Traveling Plan, Job Adjustment

• Making a travel plan for the authority in accordance with their requirement and the requirements of the company.

• Job Adjustment based on priority according to the department`s requirements.

• Allotment of Trade Zones and Departmental Responsibility to the staff is based on the analysis of their performance in the respective domain, and discussing the same with the HOD.

• A welfare plan is to be implemented for the betterment of the working environment and to enhance staff attendance, motivating them to work for their own benefit and the company`s betterment.
