Job Responsibilities:
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employees, riders Recruitment & Selection process
∎ To ensure all team members have IDs, Joining Letters
∎ To monitor and keep track of daily attendance, absence, leaves
∎ To create & process employee & rider payrolls every month
∎ To update & implement HR Policies
∎ To provide training to employees and riders
∎ Organize caterings and food photography sessions
∎ Communicate with Diners and Cooks through Freshdesk, email and phone regarding various issues
∎ Administrative tasks
∎ Other tasks as required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Extremely fluent in both English and Bangla
∎ Needs to be fluent in operating Microsoft Office and Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
∎ Challenge taking and problem solving mentality
∎ Convincing personality & compassionate demeanor
∎ Strong interest in cooking, food, culinary arts, and anything food related
∎ Strong sales abilities

Salary:
∎ Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Workdays & hours: Saturday - Thursday (10am - 6pm), but there may be after hours

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
