Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate overall recruitment and selection process
∎ Plan and coordinate the onboarding process of new employees
∎ Prepare approval notes, Employment Offer, Appointment letters, and posting orders
∎ Coordinate Internal/external training based on the training plan
∎ Assist in the annual performance evaluation process
∎ Ensure all employee logistics through HR service
∎ Oversee employee file preparations and updating in line with the Service team. (Physically and in HRIS)
∎ Ensure timely Full and final settlement with payroll and accounts team
∎ Visit Factory, Depo, and Farm when needed
∎ Plan and recommend employee engagement
